We have never received a National Security Letter or equivalent compelled-secrecy demand. If this changes, we will update this section to the extent we are legally permitted.
Some of our subprocessors may store or process your data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, as required by APP 8. This may include entering into contractual arrangements that require overseas recipients to apply equivalent privacy protections.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately at security@dfdynamo.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected individuals in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet our legal and business obligations (typically no more than 90 days after account closure or deletion).
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 60 days, except where we are required by law to retain it for longer (e.g. tax records).

If you are under 18, please do not use our service or submit any personal information to us. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
